Logline:

A fantastical journey into the world of a ten-year-old girl who, following a playground skirmish, is given the weirdest punishment in the history of weird punishments.

Synopsis:

Anina Yatay Salas doesn't like her name. It's a palindrome, which means that it reads the same forwards as it does backwards. Her unusual name is the cause of teasing in the school playground and, after being taunted by arch-enemy Yisel, the two girls get into a fight and are sent to be punished by their Principal. They are given an envelope that has been sealed and are told to return it unopened in a week's time. As the week goes on and the pressure of what might be in the envelope mounts, Anina finds that this experience brings Yisel and her closer and, with that, she gains a greater understanding that people often hide behind their problems by pretending to be something they're not. This enlightening animated tale provides a touching insight into Anina's extraordinary world.
